Emergency Neurosurgical Care
Our clinic provides 24/7 emergency neurosurgical services supported by a specialized Neuro-Intensive Care Unit (Neuro ICU), Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), an angiography laboratory, neonatal intensive care, and other specialized departments. This infrastructure enables prompt diagnosis and treatment of all types of neurotrauma, polytrauma, and neurosurgical emergencies.
Treatment is delivered through close collaboration between neurosurgeons and specialists in traumatology, general surgery, cardiology, thoracic surgery, cardiovascular surgery, and maxillofacial surgery. This multidisciplinary approach ensures highly effective treatment outcomes in accordance with international clinical guidelines.
Neuro-Oncology
Modern microsurgical and endoscopic techniques are utilized for the surgical treatment of brain and spinal tumors. The department is equipped with a Carl Zeiss surgical microscope, providing magnification of up to 60× and exceptional visualization of the operative field. This technology allows maximum preservation of healthy tissue while minimizing surgical trauma.
In skull base surgery, advanced endoscopic techniques provide minimally invasive access to anatomical regions that are difficult or impossible to reach using conventional microsurgical approaches. Central Clinic was among the first medical institutions in the country to introduce endoscopic neurosurgery and has extensive clinical experience in this field.
Cerebrovascular Neurosurgery
Both microsurgical and endovascular techniques are employed in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases. The most appropriate treatment strategy is selected individually based on each patient's clinical condition and performed according to international standards.
Spinal Neurosurgery
Comprehensive surgical management of spinal disorders includes spinal stabilization with instrumentation, microsurgical decompression, removal of spinal cord and vertebral tumors, as well as microsurgical and endovascular treatment of spinal vascular pathologies.
Peripheral Nerve Surgery
Surgical treatment of peripheral nervous system disorders includes neurolysis procedures, decompression of nerve entrapment (tunnel) syndromes, and microsurgical removal of peripheral nerve tumors.
Pediatric Neurosurgery
Our Pediatric Neurosurgery service is supported by modern pediatric infrastructure, neonatal intensive care, and minimally invasive surgical technologies. Endoscopic hydrocephalus surgery, endoscopic third ventriculostomy (ETV), and other advanced pediatric neurosurgical procedures are performed according to the highest international standards.
Functional Neurosurgery
The department is equipped with modern diagnostic and surgical technologies required for the surgical treatment of epilepsy and other functional neurological disorders. Each patient's treatment plan is developed individually by a multidisciplinary team and carried out in accordance with internationally accepted clinical protocols.
