Dear Dr. Köksal Holoğlu,

My name is Sevil Ismayil Allahverdiyeva, a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan. During June–July 2026, I received physical therapy and rehabilitation services at the "Romatem Baku" Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center, operating within the Outpatient Department of Central Clinic LLC in Baku.

Due to my severe osteoporosis, spinal and joint disorders, limited mobility, and chronic pain, rehabilitation treatment was of particular importance to me. Throughout my treatment, the professional medical care, compassionate approach, and genuine attention shown by the staff of Romatem Baku left me with a profound sense of satisfaction and gratitude.

As the physician and director of the Romatem Baku Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center, Dr. Sinan Yılmaz, a specialist in physiotherapy, carefully assessed my medical condition, demonstrated exceptional professionalism in implementing my individualized rehabilitation program, and ensured continuous medical supervision tailored to my health condition and physical abilities throughout the treatment process. His extensive professional knowledge and experience, excellent communication with patients, and the care and compassion he demonstrated provided me with invaluable support, both physically and emotionally.

Mr. Ertuğrul Cüma patiently guided me through my therapeutic and functional exercises and made a significant contribution to improving my ability to stand, maintain balance, and walk.

Ms. Nargiz Sultanova, the Coordinator, provided invaluable assistance in organizing my admission and treatment process, coordinating the services, facilitating communication with the management, and ensuring that my requests were conveyed to the appropriate personnel. Her professionalism, attentiveness, understanding, and compassionate approach were of great importance to me throughout my treatment.

Ms. Aysel Allahverdiyeva performed my physical therapy and electrotherapy procedures with exceptional care and courtesy, paying close attention to my health condition during every session.

The professionalism and dedication of the above-mentioned staff members had a positive impact on my ability to stand, maintain my balance, and improve my walking ability. Their support gave me strength both physically and emotionally.

I am a person with limited mobility due to my health condition and also the mother of a child with a disability. Being able to continue my daily activities and provide my child with the necessary care and support is extremely important to me. The staff of Romatem Baku treated my special circumstances with great understanding, empathy, and sensitivity throughout my rehabilitation.

I would especially like to emphasize that the importance the Romatem Health Group places on human health, patient satisfaction, and high-quality rehabilitation services is clearly reflected in its Baku center.

I kindly ask that my sincere appreciation be conveyed to the management of Romatem Baku, my physiotherapy physician Dr. Sinan Yılmaz, Mr. Ertuğrul Cüma, Ms. Aysel Allahverdiyeva, and Coordinator Nargiz Sultanova.
